The Bathroom Bay Story...
Bathroom Bay Ltd was founded in 2019 by our Managing Director, Danielle. While caring for her Nan in Neston, Danielle saw an opportunity to build something meaningful — a bathroom company rooted in care, quality and personal service.
From day one, Danielle and our Creative Designer, Becks, hit the ground running. Together they built a strong reputation locally and beyond for designing dream bathrooms tailored to each customer’s individual needs.
As demand grew, so did we. In late 2022, Bathroom Bay expanded into a larger premises, allowing for increased order capacity and a bigger showroom to showcase the beautiful brands we work with.
In early 2023, Ella joined as Operations Manager, bringing structure and world-class customer service to every stage of the client journey.
Then in late 2024, Tim became the fourth member of the team. With over 25 years of interior renovation experience across bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms, Tim brings invaluable technical knowledge and the occasional dad joke.
Today, our team combines over 45 years of industry experience. There isn’t much we don’t know about bathrooms and we’re passionate about helping you create one you’ll love for years to come.
Meet The Team.
Dan
Our Managing Director and book of knowledge for all things bathrooms! Dan has over 15 years experience in the bathroom industry, including plumbing, heating, products and building suppliers. There is no bathroom conundrum that Dan can’t fix!
Ella
Our glowing Showroom Manager! Ella takes pride in the day-to-day operations of the business, she provides world class customer service in each showroom consultation and takes our customers through each stage of our sales process. If Ella doesn’t know about it, it’s not happening!
Tim
Tim has a wealth of experience in the home renovation industry, 24 years to be exact. Kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms are all areas of the home Tim can help with. If there’s anything technical you need to know, or want any advice or guidance, Tim is your guy!
Becks
Our design extraordinaire! Becks creates our 3D Virtual Worlds designs so you can see your dream bathroom in virtual reality. Becks transforms bland and badly utilised spaces into a sleek, stylish and practical work of art!
Our Design Process
At Bathroom Bay, we believe in a meticulous design process that brings your vision to life. From the initial concept to the final touches, our team works closely with you to ensure every detail is tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
1. Home Visit
Our home visits are a chance for you to meet
one of our team to discuss your bathroom
design project, at this appointment we will
measure up the space you have and take any
photographs we need.
We will also discuss any ideas you have for your space and show you some of our designs so you can get a feel for what we do.
3. Showroom Visit
You're invited into our showroom based in Neston for a design consultation with one of our team. During this appointment we will walk you through the design we have created for your space using our virtual worlds software, you will get to see your new space in virtual reality.
You will also get to discuss the cost and the specification of the products chosen for your space.
5. Payment
When you are happy with your estimate it's
time to make payment for your bathroom products so they can be ordered specifically
for you.
You may also need to pay a deposit for the
installation of your bathroom to secure a date
in the diary with our sub-contractors.
7. Bathroom Installation
Who you choose to fit your bathroom is entirely up to you. You can get a fitting price from our specially selected sub-contractors or you can choose a fitter external to us.
We know lots of brilliant tradesmen in the area so don’t hesitate to ask us for help or guidance if needed.
2. Moodboard & Budget
We’ll ask you for a mood board or inspo
images from bathrooms/prooducts you’ve
seen that you love so we can design your
bathroom exactly how you imagine it!
We’ll also need a clear idea of budget at
this stage so we can design to suit
individual needs.
4. Estimates & Pricing
After we have designed your dream space and discussed the specification of the space at our showroom visit you will then receive an estimate via email for the bathroom products.
You may also receive an installation estimate if you choose to go with us for the fitting of your
bathroom
6. Delivery Of Goods
Your dream bathroom products will be
delivered on or before the start date of
your installation.
8. Enjoy Your New Bathroom
We will be round on the completion of
your bathroom in order to check out the
work completed and to take pictures to
show you the transformation. You’ll also
recieve a gift on us!
